Employees in the building can charge their electric vehicles using newly installed EV chargers, making green mobility a seamless part of daily office life. Managing parking at VIBE – including booking parking spots and EV charging spots – is now simpler thanks to Parkiza by Signal OS.
The VIBE office development in Warsaw champions modern technology and sustainable practices, introducing innovative features that improve everyday experiences. Employees in the building have access to EV chargers that support green mobility and elevate the comfort of daily office life. Managing parking – including the reservation of parking spots and EV charging spots – is made simple with Parkiza by Signal OS.
A collaboration between the building’s developer and owner, Ghelamco, the property manager Cushman & Wakefield, and PropTech provider Signal OS resulted in the installation of five EV charging spots, including two open-access chargers. Parkiza allows tenants to grant their employees access to these spots, which can be booked together with parking spots. Charging times are limited to ensure efficient use by multiple users throughout the day. This solution helps companies adopt more sustainable transport practices and enhances user experience within the office space.
Parkiza enables comprehensive management of parking spot and EV charger bookings. Tenants define their own usage rules and grant access to selected spots. Authorized users book them directly in the mobile app. Each company operates independently, managing its own parking zones and reservation policies.
“Introducing EV charger reservations is a major step in Parkiza’s development. Simply allocating parking spots is no longer enough for a building to support sustainability in practice. Companies expect intelligent solutions that streamline space management while aligning with ESG strategies. That’s why we continue to develop our tools in this direction. We’re proud that Parkiza contributes to the green transformation of office buildings, and VIBE is the first investment where we’ve implemented this feature,”
says Przemysław Brzostowski, CEO of Signal OS.
Located at Towarowa 7 in Warsaw, VIBE is a next-generation office building that merges smart technologies with environmentally responsible solutions. Developed by Ghelamco and managed by Cushman & Wakefield, the building holds WELL Platinum, BREEAM Outstanding, SmartScore Platinum, and WiredScore Platinum certifications – confirming compliance with the highest standards of sustainable construction and workplace wellbeing.
VIBE is also the first office building in Poland with a dedicated sonic identity, composed by Wojciech Urbański. The building uses renewable energy, smart building management systems, an extensive cycling infrastructure, and EV charging facilities. In addition to Parkiza, VIBE also uses Inbin, a system that supports efficient waste management and helps reduce the building’s carbon footprint.
Signal OS delivers technologies that streamline office building operations and unify different management areas into a single platform. The company develops tools that automate processes related to access control, resource allocation, and space reservations, tailored to the needs of today’s tenants and property managers.
Alongside Parkiza and Inbin, the building also uses Signal OnSite – a building app and communication platform connecting managers, tenants, and employees. The Visitors module automates guest registration and access verification, removing the need for manual forms. The Wayin module replaces traditional access cards, enabling users to unlock doors via smartphone using Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Signal OS technologies are used in innovative office buildings such as VIBE, Warsaw UNIT, and Kreo, helping owners and managers optimize operations, enhance safety, and meet ESG-related expectations.
