Instead of working only with raw access logs, companies using the Professional plan can now easily see how access points are used over time, which areas are the most active and how movement across zones changes during different periods. It’s a complete, easy-to-read view of real access patterns – displayed through intuitive heatmaps, charts and clean data summaries. No guessing, no manual interpretation.
Wayin is a tool that simplifies access management for offices and commercial buildings. Wayin supports both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, so employees can use the credential that is most convenient for them.

The new Wayin Professional analytics were created together with our customers. They address everyday needs such as understanding access activity, supporting hybrid work models, improving building operations and security.
Here’s what’s new:
A structured list of access-control events showing which credentials were used at specific access points, when they were used, the access method, card number and entry/exit direction. This provides valuable support for incident analysis, access reviews and maintaining a secure access-control environment.
A set of reports showing how many people passed through selected access-controlled zones within chosen hours, days or months.
User Flow is available as a table, line chart or heatmap, helping organisations understand peak times, see which areas are most active and make informed decisions about how office space is used.
An advanced overview of presence patterns derived from access-control data. Reports are available in daily, monthly and yearly views, and can display information for the whole organisation, selected groups or individual badges. Both heatmaps and tables with total and average values are available.
Narrow down data by badge holder, group, floor, access point, location, direction or time range — quickly and without complexity.
This helps teams focus on the exact data they need for operational insight.
All reports can be viewed as tables, charts or heatmaps. Data can be exported to XLS format for easy sharing, internal documentation or further analysis.
