CPI Property Group and Signal OS implement a smart waste management system at Warsaw Spire

CPI Property Group, the manager of the prestigious myhive Warsaw Spire office complex, has implemented Inbin — a smart waste management system developed by Signal OS. This initiative aligns with CPI's ESG strategy, aiming to enhance resource efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint of the building and its tenants.

Smart Waste Management with Inbin

Inbin enables precise monitoring of waste generation and carbon emissions. At myhive Warsaw Spire, an industrial-grade scale integrated with a user identification system and a tablet running Inbin has been installed. Cleaning teams can accurately weigh waste and attribute it to specific sources, such as individual tenants or floors, ensuring comprehensive control over waste management processes.

Tenants have access to administrative panels providing real-time, detailed data on their waste generation. This transparency allows them to analyze their contribution to waste management and their impact on the building's overall carbon footprint.

User Training for Inbin System

Before launching the system, training sessions were conducted for cleaning teams and building administrators. Participants learned how to operate the system, including tablets, card readers, and the waste registration process. They also discussed interpreting reports and using them to optimize waste management. This ensures effective utilization of the system's functionalities, aiding Warsaw Spire in achieving its sustainable building management goals based on real data.

Inbin is tailored to the international business environment of Warsaw Spire, supporting ten languages: Polish, English, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian, Czech, Slovak, German, French, and Spanish. The number of supported languages is continuously expanded based on tenant needs.

Technology Supporting ESG and Sustainable Development

Implementing Inbin at myhive Warsaw Spire marks another step towards intelligent and eco-friendly office spaces. The system assists CPI Property Group and tenants in executing ESG strategies by providing better transparency in waste management data, reducing carbon footprints, and optimizing processes. Warsaw Spire exemplifies a modern, responsible office space where technology and ecology create a cohesive property management ecosystem.
